Mr. Forness specializes in the placement of debt and equity for individual and portfolios of commercial real estate assets for real estate assets for regional sponsors, family office, and private equity clients.

During his 20 years of experience in commercial lending and capital markets, Huff has closed over $1Bn in transaction volume across multiple asset classes. His background in both credit and originations as a balance sheet lender provides a unique perspective and expertise of value to both his clients and his lending relationships.

Prior to founding Silvercrest Real Estate Capital with his partner, Huff was Managing Director of Capital Markets for 33 Degrees Finance, a capital advisory firm based in Atlanta, GA. He led the capital markets team and was responsible for placement of $130 million in debt and preferred equity for his clients.

Prior to joining 33 Degree Finance, Huff was Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for Trilogy Residences, a national build for rent developer based in Atlanta, GA. He led the capital markets team and was responsible for placement of $300 million in debt and preferred equity across the development portfolio during his tenure with the company.

Huff's commercial real estate lending career spanned 15 years, most recently as Senior Vice President with First Horizon Bank in Atlanta, GA where he originated $378 million in construction, bridge, and A-note debt financing for all major asset classes including hospitality, multifamily, industrial, and office.

Huff Forness earned his Master of Business Administration from Mercer University's Stetson School of Business and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Georgia Southern University. He resides in Alpharetta, Georgia and is married with five children.

Mr. Rogers sources new projects, both on and off market for Silvercrest. His primary role is to manage the day-to-day business of the company.

In addition to his role at Silvercrest, Jamey is co-owner of RAM Development Partners, LLC. RAM specializes in commercial real estate acquisition and management. In addition, RAM has a focus on land acquisition, entitlement, and development in the Atlanta Metro Area.

Prior to RAM Development, Jamey founded Peak RE Partners in 2015 as a commercial and land division of Virtual Properties Realty (VPR). VPR was formed in 1999 by Steve Wagner and headquartered in Atlanta, GA. The company has seen very rapid agent growth and now has approximately 3,000 agents, with thousands of listings primarily in the residential market.

Previously, Jamey worked at Wilson Hutchison Realty and Power Realty Partners.

During his career as a real estate agent, Jamey brokered over $500 million in real estate transactions comprised of multi-family, office, retail, residential, and land. Jamey made the move and business formation of Peak in order to capitalize on the broad network of contacts at Virtual Properties Realty.

Jamey has a strong background in both residential and commercial real estate, having worked in the business since 2005. His experience in all types of real estate allows him to provide a diverse set of skills, sourcing off market and lender owned assets that have resulted in healthy returns for his clients.

Jamey holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia. He currently resides in Milton, Georgia and is married with two children.
